Kinesiologist

As a Kinesiologist, Emily is passionate about helping others reach their goals and optimizing performance in everyday life, work and sport. With a Bachelor in Athletic and Exercise Therapy, she applies her knowledge and skills in musculoskeletal injury, prevention and rehabilitation.

Emily has recently moved back to her hometown of Qualicum Beach after spending the last 8 years in Victoria and Vancouver acquiring valuable knowledge and skills in her field. During this time, she worked in private healthcare, multidisciplinary clinics, personal training gyms, and adapted fitness and rehabilitation centers. These opportunities have allowed her to gain experience with clients of all ages and abilities. 

A healthy, active lifestyle has always been very important to Emily, and is what drove her to pursue a career in this field. Emily’s goal is to improve all types of movement in an enjoyable and approachable environment. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, she believes in meeting clients where they are and finding strategies that align with their current needs and desired results.
