Anthony Foster graduated from Vancouver Island University in 2024 with a degree in Kinesiology. As a newly registered Kinesiologist, he is excited about helping people reach their goals while making the process fun, motivating, and engaging. He enjoys tailoring programs to meet each individual’s needs and creating a supportive environment where clients can feel confident in their progress.

Born and raised in Nanaimo, Anthony has always valued staying active and connected to his community. Outside of work, he enjoys bouldering, badminton, and taking on new challenges that keep him moving and learning.
