Alannah Howard, BHK, BSc.PT, CGIMS
Movement is medicine! Throughout her life, Alannah has enjoyed a variety of activities including figure skating, mountain biking, road cycling, swimming, running and yoga. To restore movement and help others return to the activities they enjoy has been the most rewarding aspect of physiotherapy.
With 20 years of experience in orthopeadic physiotherapy, Alannah has recently expanded her practice to include pelvic floor physiotherapy. This has diversified her skill set in an area of keen interest- pre natal and post partum care. As a mom of 2 young boys, Alannah can relate to the challenges facing mother's during pregnancy and post partum.
Alannah is trained to provide care for women throughout the lifespan for a wide range of conditions including incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and dyspareunia.
Alannah is committed to ongoing education and a comprehensive care. You can expect her treatments to include education, exercise and inspiration!
