Born in Montreal, Quebec, raised in Edmonton, Alberta, Hans Pascheit applied his passion for sport and fitness to an early career in the health and fitness industry, which lasted for several years.
With an interest in furthering his education, Hans moved to Vancouver, BC in 2008 to complete a degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. With an increased understanding of the human body, and several long lasting injuries, Hans' enthusiasm for fitness grew into a passion for rehabilitation science. Hans relocated to Edmonton, Alberta in 2013 to complete a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta, under the newly formed Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine.
When not cooking, hiking, mountain biking, or taking care of his new born son, Hans also enjoys strength and conditioning training with a focus on prehabilitation, which he feels enables him to continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle.
